Nathalie Luisoni
In 2006, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication at Lugano’s USI, Nathalie Luisoni was hired by an Italian recruitment agency.
Having gained experience in the human resources sector, she decided to complete her studies with a Master in Education and Training, specializing in the training field.

In 2007, Nathalie was awarded the “Network USImpresa” study grant on the back of being the strongest female student of that academic year. On graduating, she was hired by BPS (SUISSE) SA in Lugano, where she worked in the private banking sector.

In 2011, Nathalie founded Formamentis, creating and providing training courses aimed at strengthening the relational skills of people.
Since 2014, she has been a columnist for various magazines and collaborates on a part-time basis with the IFC (Swiss Institute for Continued Learning), supplying courses in communication, leadership, conflict management, interview techniques, and good manners.
SHARI KELLER
As of 2009, having achieved a Bachelor degree in Public Relations and Advertising (IULM, Milan) and an International Master in Human Resources Management (EADA, Barcelona), Shari Keller worked in the human resources division of various firms across the retail, luxury goods, and recruitment sectors.
In 2015, she decided to undertake a new professional challenge, specializing in the field of coaching and obtaining a diploma at the“Coaches Training Institute (CTI). The CTI® Co-Active® Coach certification is considered the most prestigious on the market.

In 2018, Shari was made an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and now she holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
In August 2018, she joined forces with Nathalie Luisoni, becoming a co-owner of Formamentis with the aim of driving people to maximize their potential with coaching and the provision of personalized training courses.
